Wow! Holy Pacman!
Let’s be clear, Pacquiao is presumably referring to God, the Father, right? Throughout history, the divine—Angels, Mother Mary, and in a few cases (to a few Saints), Jesus himself—has appeared to people who were, almost exclusively devout, near-sinless folk. To the exceedingly few that God the Father himself has communicated with directly—Adam, Eve, Abraham, Noah, Moses—we can now add the Philippine’s own philandering Pacman… Nice!
With this news, it won’t be surprising if Floyd Mayweather chucks his insistence on Pacquiao submitting to Olympic-style drug testing, and instead demand that he undergo Brain CT Scans and extensive psychoanalysis prior to their March-slated mega fight.!
Don’t get me wrong, I like the guy ( I met him and shook his hand in Vegas some years back), and am proud of the good he is doing the nation, considering him, as most every Filipino do, something of a National Hero. This apparition business however (never mind his run for a Congressional seat) is a bit much.
