A man with a five-inch knife sticking at his chest casually entered a Michigan diner, ordered coffee then sat down and waited for the paramedics whom he have called via 911 minutes earlier, MSNBC reports.
The still unidentified man was walking down Nine Mile and Dequindre in Warren going to his friend...
