Nothing like the melancholy, introspective Charlie to make us think about the essence of the season. It was Linus who gave the speech, but it was Charlie's emotional upheaval that led to the Christmas epiphany for the entire Peanuts gang. Watched A Charlie Brown Christmas with the kiddos this morning....
