Lady Gaga bares all for photographer David LaChapelle!

For the special limited-edition copies of her album The Fame Monster, Lady Gaga has enlisted the great David LaChapelle to shoot her in various states of dress and undress. The photos will be included in the special edition copies of the album, along with a lock of her hair.
