The COMELEC have assured the citizens of the Philippines that this coming 2010 elections will be the first ever Poll Automated Elections using the 82,200 precinct count optical scan(PCOS) soon to be delivered before election proper starts from its manufacturer SMARTMATIC in China.Also,...
