Mayon alert level lowered

LEGAZPI CITY – The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has lowered the alert level over Mayon Volcano from 4 to 3 due to a decreasing trend of activity related to eruptions observed the past few days.
