After the pearl balls and the roast duckling

Sometimes, no matter what you do, you still have to deal with leftovers. For instance, on December 17, for my daughter’s class party, I made pearl balls. I had enough meat mixture to make pearl balls for the party and for our dinner that night but, alas, I only had so much glutinous rice.
