Cityhood eyed for Taytay, Cainta towns

RIZAL GOV. Casimiro Ynares III has said he would push for the conversion of Taytay and Cainta towns into cities within the year in the wake of a Supreme Court decision favoring the conversion of 16 municipalities into cities despite not meeting the income requirement.
