As part of my Opening Remarks, I said that PEBA is not just an award giving body, it will not only recognize and honor the blogging heroes, the OFW's who sacrifice all, yes, believe me, all, for the sake of their love ones, their dreams, and their country, the Pinoy Expats/OFW Blog Awards through a fraction...
