RANT: PLDT’s failure to process the transfer my line and DSL

I moved in to a new unit. In our rented unit, I had a phone line and DSL installed by PLDT (took more than a month of processing). Prior to us moving in, I already requested for transfer of both line and DSL to our new unit which will cost me Php2,500.00 in total.Calls I made:Dec. 14 or 17, 2009 - Requested...
