Last February 10, 2008, my ride buddy friends went to Tuguegarao to take our lunch. We have decided to visit Tuguegarao’s one of the best Pancit Batil Patong restuarant called “Tuddao’s Panciteria”. Honestly, I’m not sure if this is really the best in Tuguegarao but...
