What is Moblin OS ?

While reading updates from CES 2010, I have come to a terminology called Moblin OS, but what is Moblin OS, the way it sounds it looks like it is a new operating system ( well new for me ) , so let me share you what I found out about Moblin. Some of you might have already tested this operating syetm...
