How to properly accomplish the election ballot for 2010 election

It’s going to be the first time that Filipinos will be voting for their chosen candidates running for public office such as the president, vice-president, senators, etc. via an “automated system” which obviously poses a big risk of commiting mistakes on how to use the voting ballot.
