My Nikon D3000 is back

My Nikon D3000 Mainboard is damanged . Mainboard issue is a factory defect. They're supposed to replace it with a new unit, but per Pixel Pro, if it falls with in 7days then they could. Well, sadly, this is my Nikon d3000's destiny. Can't just deny the fact that it's been dismantled.
