Working with Google Translate Client for Windows

Not all blogs have translation plugins and not most of them use Google Translate gadget. So what do you normally do if you run into sites with a generally different language other than what you know?... I very much appreciate your subscription on my blog but I would be a lot happier if you'll drop by...
