Moving Again?

The new apartment besides ours has been completed. It’s a two-story apartment with a modern design, a smaller replica of the adjacent house of the owner that made us oohed and ahhed when we first saw it. I wanted to ask the owner how much it costs since I like the idea of having our own covered...
