Blogger faces libel suit from DSWD

A libel suit has been filed against a blogger named “Ella” for her blog post on relief goods for typhoon victims allegedly being hoarded in the warehouses of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), a month after the series of storms devastated Metro Manila and nearby areas September last year.
