Yesterday Buluan Vice Mayor Toto Mangudadatu said that former defense secretary Gilbert Teodoro and GMA adviser Prospero Pichay warned him that the Ampatuans were violent, and discouraged him to run against Andal Ampatuan Sr. This only confirms suspicions that Malacanang already knew what the Ampatuans...
