Cherry Mobile offers cheapest smartphone in the country

Yesterday, Filipino-brand and John Lloyd-endorsed mobile phone manufacturer, Cherry Mobile announced their first smartphone which runs on the latest Windows Mobile platform. The Cherry Mobile Eclipse is probably the cheapest WinMo smarthphone out there at only Php9,999.
The Eclipse runs on a 416Mhz...
