Just a small question? Why do you support these scammers, who take peoples hard earned money and don’t want to honor there agreement as franchisor is bound.

Ask to see a copy of his or her degree in Pharmacy. If any
If you don’t believe me, just ask them some hard questions and
A copy of there franchisee agreement or contract, terms & conditions, don’t forget to say please. or she will get angry, but if you are like me ask for a copy of the MOA,, oh and also ask to see there credentials, like degrees and business registrations.
Now you really get them angry, try asking for franchisee who has been with them longer than 6 months, I challenge Mr. R to be honest with you here or they will start playing with you, good luck look elsewhere for a different Franchise these guy’s are well organized in lies. So say bye bye to your hard earned money. You will be scamed
If however you believe them. You will be another unhappy franchisee. In a few months
I can guarantee this and you will start looking for a way out, but you are in a contract in favor of them.
From my own personal loss, and believe me its not easy accepting this so take my warning, I share these words of wisdom and caution so you will be aware of your rights
Be careful and check everything I mentioned. You will find out very soon the truth. Please do not deal with them without your Atty. His fee is small compared with. The loss
Compared with loosing all your savings to these scammers.
I could tell you so much, but just be extra careful with any company that does not disclose information to you.
Serious Companies are transparent, and so does this franchisor need to be transparent. with there dealings as a customer you have the right to this information to make a sound business decision.
It’s your future and there’s as well so everything must be in black and white a clear guide to how things will progress and a schedule to how things will work, this is very serious
as to the timing of relative facts from the moment you agree, and they accept.
Before you give any moneys, I recommend a schedule progressive payment agreement. The most important fact, an agreement to supply you with stock and drugs for your store upon your order or weekly or monthly.
keep in mind they will demand full payment before the stock is even on its way to your store.
If you delay payment for any reason you will be in breech, and responsible for the delay excuses you will get, if they delay or fail to supply, they will simply avoid your calls. Or some other excuse. Believe me this always happens. They do not have Cash Delivery.
Another of the many wonderful experiences with this kind of franchisor is the stock that is delivered to you will it have a reasonable long life of 12mth or longer, remember your business may not be as busy as they say in your first 6mth so the stock will expire and you will have a loss you cant accept as a small business. So make sure in your agreement the use by date is long enough to withstand the progression of your business.
