Dagupan’s Bonuan Bangus is one of the craze in our city, cooked in many different ways – grilled, fried, sinigang, deboned, relleno, kilawin, paksiw, daing, broiled and baked. Our city is well-knowned in the world for being the best producer of best tasting milkfish (bangus) and many other seafoods....
