9th Toy Con Dated: Nothing else follows

According to the folks at Anime Alliance Philippines; the one who brought us the Heron Nation Cosplay contest (see my review here). Has stated in their official headline blog site, that the 9th toy con schedule, one of this years big events will be held, in the usual confines of the SM Megatrade hall....
