Arroyo aide slams bishops on condoms

MANILA – A senior member of the Arroyo Cabinet on Thursday slammed members of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), saying the influential group is partly to blame for the government’s failure to check the alarming increase in the number of HIV-AIDS cases in the country.
