Beef Salpicao is a dish composed of cubed beef sirloin or tenderloin, lots of minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and some liquid seasoning (the seasoning can either be oyster sauce or soy sauce -- but I think using oyster sauce is better).
