Surviving Century Tuna Superbods Run
There was a time about 3 years ago when I could not imagine a life void of physical activity. I loathe couch potatoes and the TV only serves me at night when I watch late night shows while trying to sleep. I was always on the move, had a busy schedule at and outside work. There was no time for sitting still. I was so much into sports and badminton, playing with different groups and even training for competitive games. I thrived in competition and the courts was where I lived, breathed and eventually fell in love.
Posterous sounds like Prosperous to me
Teambuilding and Teamwork is the title of my new blog. The purpose is to promote sound practices and principles of team building. I now have a renewed interest in team building. For the last eight months, I’ve been doing teambuilding seminars at least three times a month here in the Philippines. I have already created a squidoo lens on Teambuilding and Workshops in the Philippines, but I can only add few content.
This is why I am happy this morning. I have discovered a new way of blogging which is pretty easy for me at posterous.com. And yes, the Title of my blog is Teambuilding and Teamwork. I can practically place there even the contents on another site which I believe will be of help to my readers. All with proper attribution.
