…why did i say semi-homemade? see, i made the wrap myself from scratch with a crepe recipe and so was the dressing… this was the exact instructions that my dear neighbor Stel gave me. and the truth is, and it’s a hundred percent true, mind you…is that the lumpiang hubad-filling...
