Updated media advisory: Gloria Arroyo’s 2 a.m. arrival April 9 has been cancelled. Mike Arroyo leaves St Luke's hospital Malacañang announced that Gloria Arroyo, who is in Hanoi, Vietnam for the 16th summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations is arriving at 2 a.m, Friday (April 9)...
