Technology Captures Alleged Police Brutality (NSFW)

The following video is easily the most disturbing thing I’ve ever seen.
The video was uploaded back in March 2010, and depicts three bloodied and hancuffed men sitting side-by-side. Two of them are forced to essentially french kiss each other for the enjoyment of the cameraman.
Can anyone provide...
