139 Congressmen Absent During the Roll Call for Freedom of Info Bill Approval

Here is the list of the 139 congressmen who were absent or at least present but did not respond to the roll call during the latest congressional session on the ratification of the Freedom of Information Bill or FOI Bill. Their absence eventually extinguished the well-sought FOI Bill due to lack of quorum.
