33 Trapped Chilean Miners 2010

The 33 Chilean miners hired by San Sebastian Mining Company were trapped 2,300 feet below the ground in San Jose gold and copper mine, Chile (Chile is the world’s top copper producer), on August 5, 2010 during the rock-collapse incident. They were confined in a 600-square feet.
