This coming April 18, 2010, Canada will be honoring artists’ achievements in the field of music. The Juno Awards is a yearly celebrated event by the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to give recognition to outstanding Canadian Music Artists in their achievement for the previous year. This year’s Juno Awards 2010 will be celebrated at the Mile One Centre and an outdoor venue at George Street. Artists performing at the event includes Justin Bieber, Billy Talent, Blue Rodeo, Michael Bublé, Classified, Drake, Great Lake Swimmers, K’naan, Metric and Johnny Reid. The young artist Justin Bieber’s album is nominated for the Album of the Year award. Jann Arden, Michael Bublé, K’Naan, Diana Krall, and Johnny Reid are trying to win the Artist of the Year award.
