New Friendster Branding Sucks

The oldest social network, Friendster, is on a come back mission to regain its once glorious hold on the social network scene. Re-branding along with a new “cool” video for them to promote the “new” things that can be done on their old social network platform.

“It’s a new “energetic logo symbolizing fun, personalization and individuality among youth,” this according to an official Friendster statement

New logo, new layout same spammers and whoop dee doo… It would have been a lot better though if they have left the old smiley alone and focused on slightly changing the typography on the logotype. Continue reading at Archon Digital
