Ilocos Empanada. Anyone?
There are two kinds of Ilocos Empanada. The Vigan and the Batac/Laoag Empanada. It is not only a local food in Ilocos but a “destination.” Many have been said about Ilocos Empanada but nothing is better than coming from someone who comes right where the Empanada’s come from!
