I have noticed this site a few months ago and immediately found this site to be a scam. Some other people however are still on the site clicking and reading ads to earn money for themselves. I can still see a decent amount of visitors on their site.

Top 10 Best Get Paid to Click PTC Rankings List
My last Top 10 Best Get Paid to Click PTC Site Ranking post was written a couple of weeks ago. This will serve as an update of that list. Many of you might have found this blog just recently so most of you might not have known that I do this list every week or as often as needed so if you don’t want to miss this post, I would suggest you subscribe to this blog’s rss feed.
I was hoping to delay this post to make way for 2Bux which is the newest get paid to click PTC site. It was scheduled to launch last February 1 but because the site did some improvements on their web hosting it will be postponed to a later date which is February 4. See this post for more details.

2Bux – I know this site is still on pre-launch but we can’t deny the fact that they will be paying $2 for every active person you get to register to their site. That is still better than most ptc sites today.

Fast – Drops down to this position because most of their ads now are only .005 cent per click. You also get only 75% of your referral’s clicks. If they do not change this right away, they might see all of their remaining members to leave it.

Requirements for your blog to be accepted is that it must at be least online for already 90 days and with 20 pre-existing posts. They allow blogs that are hosted by blogger but not the ones hosted on BlogCharm, BloggerParty, WritingUp or some other sites which are like the ones mentioned.
Method of payment is through Paypal. For those who do not know about Paypal. Please check their website at paypal.com and register at the same time.
Blogitive
Requirements for your blog to get accepted is that it must have a decent amount of traffic and it must be indexed by major search engines Google and Yahoo. Blogs must also be at least 90 days old, just like PayPerPost and your blog must have at least 3 new posts every week.

This will be my first post here. Hope you check out this post. 
There you see bux.to and its rise to the top. The site has overtaken the ever popular adbux as the most visited paid to click site on the planet. This is mainly due to the fact that bux.to members has seen an incredible amount of boost on their number of ads which now sits at around 15-17 per day. Bux.to simply just blew all the competition away.
