Horaa for the Chinese! They invented the fireworks! Moon Cakes! Noodles! Herbal Meds!

I made 2 reviews recently for Dead Silence and 12 and Holding. Both are very good movies. I recommend them….

There’s nothing really to blog about since I’m such a bum right now…. Damn… I am intoxicating myself with Ladytron, an electric pop band thats really into my taste with house-like genre music….

So novelty. I’m not really much picky with music and I don’t know the band or the people who sang that song, but I really love to listen to the music that they make;

I’m interested in the composition, not the artist. Men.style.com gave out their top ten looks for Fall 2008, which is a little bit odd because it’s still Fall 2007. [When we say Fall 08, it means the line is meant to be for late 2008 to early 2009]

Some of my favorite looks may be a little blast from the past or really bold and out of this world.. or maybe I’m just exaggerating (click on the image to know where it came from):

The Crucible Launches Malang Comic Book

I was in SM Megamall yesterday and I just a Malang comics and cartoon exhibit inside The Crucible and then I asked for a press release of the exhibit just to inform everyone about the event. And then I found out that they also published a Malang comic book, priced at P350. Which I will grab it this Monday, so excited to know about this and even that I missed the exhibit and opening in Art Center, this is a second chance for me to see and appreciate Malang’s cartoon and comics creations. A NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

The students of Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches, one among the oldest school within the Zabarte Almar area in Novaliches, successfully held its Christmas presentation last December. The students were the ones who basically produced, directed and organized the event entitled: “A NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS”. Despite meager resources, it was the students, who basically did all the work. It was them who inspired us to produce a low budget production to document the event. CONGRATULATIONS to Mathew P. Luga, President of the Athletic Club, one of those who initiated the project and to all   the students who organized the event including the teachers who helped them.

Blogging for me has become a way to express my thoughts and feelings on a subject or topic that interests or irks me. I feel I have always been passionate about my beliefs and lived my life not compromising them.

However, I pale compared to my other siblings. They are truly talented individuals who elevate their passion to the next level. And more importantly, their passion takes them to places and encounters I only vaguely hear about and I don’t allow myself to touch. It doesn’t mean though that I am not proud of them. In fact, I am very much proud.
