The Cult of Manolo and the Modification of the Bible

The Cult of Manolo and the Modification of the Words of God
By Marcing Pin

Just recently, I encountered a forum about the bogus claims by the Philippine-based Iglesia Ni Cristo (Tagalog for “Church of Christ”) and the intentional modification of the verses in the Bible. The Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC), claimed to be the largest independent religious organization in Asia, was founded in July 1914 (in some account, in 1913). Manolo’s cult are guilty of modifying the Words of God to delusionize and manipulate people in believing that their cult founder Felix Manolo was the last messenger of God and that his presence was prophesied in the Bible. The Church leaders or patriarchs (the Manolo dynasty) did not even consider but rather ignored the true meaning of the Biblical verses they modified and the historical connections of those verses.

” Jesus who?”

Most readers may think that I am fooling around if I say that I do not really know whom this Jesus H. Christ is. In the first place, this Jesus is so popular like the Marlboro Man and the Beatles, it is quite impossible to say that you do not know who this Jesus is. N. Geisler even wrote some chapters...
