Read the Bible. Take your pick.
Do you know that there are about 18 kinds of Bibles available in the market today? Confronted with this fact, a deceitful Christian will say that all Bibles have similar message on it, so you can just pick anyone of them since they are all the same. Well guess again!
Do you think that the KJV, NIV, NAB,...

Dinosaurs in the Bible? You’ve got to be kidding?
When paleontologists discovered the existence of dinosaur fossils, Christians retorted by saying that these bones were placed by Satan to deceive us to believe that Genesis didn’t happened…Well so far so good. When people didn’t buy this cockeyed explanation, some Christians made stories...

It’s not a woman’s world
Every aspect of organized religion are male dominated. Moses, Jesus, Mohammed, Brahman, Khristna, the priests, all are men. The religions themselves practice overt discrimination against women within their own institutions. They are run by men for men.
The major male dominated monotheistic religions...

As if the Bible really matters.
One day, I came across one message from a certain Christian which says, “Christianity doesn’t back out. Because our warrant is the Bible: the propositional word from God. It answers man’s deepest questions like “the finality of life,” the purpose of man, etc.. “
Is...

Our Neighbor Chris
Our neighbor, Chris, is a jobless husband.
Farming at his own backyard to feed his family, he would sometimes provide us with some of his harvested vegetables especially during days when we had no money to buy food. He learned his farming skills from his dad who is a farmer by profession. He was also our handy man at times when we needed certain fixes in the house. Chris grew up in a rural area, a small, laid-back farming village at the foot of the mountains of Arayat, Pampanga, wherein people have dinner at 5PM, sleep at 8PM, and wake up earlier than the rooster to work in their land.

Warren’s debate with a “cult-member”
For the first time since this weekend, I will write about what transpired last Saturday between Warren and Alex, the guy who engaged Warren into a three hour long debate over their “church’s vision”.
Again, it was a three hour long debate that got my brain running in circles so I hope you will be patient with me as I relay to you the WHOLE (yeah, I’ll try) story in one blog post.
It started as soon as Alex sat down to join us for dinner. Warren and I have tried avoiding him by initially not wanting to come down for dinner, but Ahnya and Atsi were there and we knew it was the only time we are all together as one family that we wanted to seize the moment, so we went downstairs anyway. Actually, we were in the middle of deciding on whether to go down or not when, as if on cue, Dihya went knocking on our door to annouce that dinner is ready.

And they Increased that Eat Them
I find this true enough. We all have experienced wanting our salaries and other income to increase to accommodate our expenses and payments, right? But haven’t you noticed? Once your cash inflow increases – like when you get a raise, or bonus – our outflows, or the expenses, bills, payments, amortizations, etc, also increase? Even the number of people sharing the consumption of groceries or toiletries also tend to increase. Hmmm.

Indescribable Joy
I have always longed to be able to write completely, in detail, the gladness that fills my heart everyday since my Christianity, but each time I’d attempt, I’d fail for the lack of proper vocabulary to use. Today, let me try just once more, although I know there still won’t be a steady supply of right terminologies, I’d just as well do it now than never have the chance to let those who may chance upon this know how life changed for a wretched soul like me.
I have never known the feeling of true joy, or true happiness. To me, it was all just a state of mind. If you condition your mind to feeling it, then you will. Mind over matter. Psychology. I was such a fool for assuming that it was just that simple. (Continue Reading Here)
