Tweak Your Blog
Last week, I tried searching for my blog in the Internet. I was able to see some reviews for my blog made by other bloggers. That is really very nice of them. Thank you very much.
With that review, I was able to receive negative and positive comments from them. One of them is the over population of ads and the clutter look of my sidebar. This reviews by the way are made for my Memoirs Of A Certified Blogger blog. Over the past days, I have deleted some of the Project Wonderful ads in my sites and made sure that important widgets are only placed in my sidebar. I also have trimmed down the display of posts to just 10 I think from 20 something.
Entrecard Dropper
I have mentioned before on my other blog that I have experienced exhaustion from blogging. I am currently maintaining four blogs and I also have to make sure to drop Entrecards. In that post, I have hinted that I have found a solution to that problem.
Blog Leave
As of writing this post, I am on my 1,868th post for all my 4 blogs. The past two years of blogging have been a mixed of emotions. I am glad that my blog never answered me back on all my rants and raves during these past two years. Again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you, my loyal readers, friends and newly acquainted friends for reading my posts and your support of course. I know some of my writing are non-sense but that’s how my life evolve now.
Anyway, you may be wondering on the title of this post, “Blog Leave.” In the past weeks you might have noticed that I sometimes skip on blogging. Because of that, starting now I will officially call this “phenomenon” as Blog Leave. Thanks by the way to my blogger friend Denis for that catchy phrase. Isn’t that cool? If in the office, we have a vacation and sick leave, I think we bloggers should have a blog leave as well. Hahaha. That is pre-approved of course. Hehe.

Help Me Win the Wordpress Coolest Blog Competition!
I love contests. I join all types of contests, online and offline, ranging from essay writing to lotteries. No contest is too big nor too small for me, as long as it promises a significant reward that could be fame or fortune,or both.
So when I read that WP Webhost is organizing a contest for the Coolest Wordpress Blog, I decided to try my puny luck and hope that destiny will see it fit to reward my audacity. Imagine, I’ve just been blogging for less than a month, and now I’m competing for $2,000 worth of prizes that are enough to make my head spin. Sure, 2,000 bucks is chump change for my idol Bill Gates, but that might be enough for me to jumpstart my fledgling Internet career and make me a future billionaire. That is, if you cooperate with me.

The basics of blogging cover all the basic essentials, including your writing style, blog category and the content of your blog. Planning your blog can be difficult if you do not know what you want to talk about. It could be extra hard if you do not have the necessary background in blogging. However, knowing what you want to blog about can easily come to you once you start browsing and poking around other blogs. You can pick ideas from those blogs, expound and make them the basis of your blog.
