The Book of Revelation of the Bible (King James Version) talks about the end of times and the events that are yet to take place. It talks about the Seven Churches, the Seven Seals, Four Horsemen, the Seven Trumpets, and the seven years of tribulation, Armageddon, and particularly, the tribulation periods, and the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Just recently, I encountered a forum about the bogus claims by the Philippine-based Iglesia Ni Cristo (Tagalog for “Church of Christ”) and the intentional modification of the verses in the Bible. The Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC), claimed to be the largest independent religious organization in Asia, was founded in July 1914 (in some account, in 1913). Manolo’s cult are guilty of modifying the Words of God to delusionize and manipulate people in believing that their cult founder Felix Manolo was the last messenger of God and that his presence was prophesied in the Bible. The Church leaders or patriarchs (the Manolo dynasty) did not even consider but rather ignored the true meaning of the Biblical verses they modified and the historical connections of those verses.
