Disappointing Elections for First Timers
We were up very early this morning for the elections. We thought that people will cram the precincts later so it’s better to be there early. Also, this marks the day of change. And after all this is not a queue for free ipods but a national event.
When we reach the voting area, there were lots of eager voters spread all over the place. Drenched in their own perspiration, people looked confused, impatient, angry, disappointed; all a picture of an apparently chaotic procedure. AGAIN? Yes, again.

Alas onse na ng tanghali nang makarating kami sa presinto. Katulad ng inaasahan ay sobrang haba ng pila at halos lahat ng tao ay nagkakagulo. Mga kalahating oras din kaming naghintay hanggang sa nabigyan kami ng number at sinabihan kami ng isa sa mga teachers na bumalik na lang kami pagkatapos ng 2 oras...

Sa totoo lang, dalawang eleksyon ang inisnab ko at hindi sinipot, pakiwari ko nga ay tanggal na ang pangalan ko sa listahan ng mga botante ngaung eleksyon na ito. Lagi ko dinadahilan na mayroon akong pasok sa trabaho kung kaya't hindi ko magawang kumuha ng oras para mabigyan boses upang pumili ng mamumuno...

Yeheey! I am one of the first 20 person to vote. Hubby and I woke up early 5am for our devotional... I know God's hands will be upon the Philippines as we exercise our freedom to Vote.How I wish taking pictures inside the polling precinct will be allowed... Lol!...
