Party with the hapless Squeeballs in this successful port from Wii and DS to the iPhone. Well, the Squeeballs, unfortunately, aren’t out to party – they are toys that have to be “tested” before they can be sold. Testing is done through a bunch of unlockable mini-games – as bowling pins, electric shock, cooking them for the menacingly pink El Toro, using them for paintball and bowling them through crazy lanes.

iPhone/iPod Touch Review: Monopoly!

Verdict:
Well-loved board game maintains its relevance to a younger generation of players with great graphics and sounds, intuitive game controls and solid gameplay.

It is interesting to know that for many of us in the world, Monopoly has been part of our lives since 1935, spanning generations with more than half a billion players since its release and a variety of spin-offs and add-ons to the game in a number of platforms.

Monopoly for the iPhone focuses on keeping one’s experience of it as close as possible to the original game, throwing in some bonuses to sweeten the deal.

Verdict:

With great graphics, a catchy soundtrack and innovative gameplay – a hilarious tower defense game with an unlikely hero. Incredibly challenging and insanely addictive!

As the last barfly standing you need to save your bar from the evil multinational corporation that’s out to tear it down. You may have an unsightly belly that’s sticking out of your shirt, but hey, you have liquor, a good aim and enough fire in you (alcohol-induced?) to fight!
