The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) on saturday announced a new “per pulse” rate for voice calls on cellular phones which would make billing more reflective of the real costs of a call.

Globe Telecom iPhone plans update: iPhone pricing now more reasonable under G-Plan and G-Flex
I revisit Globe Telecom's iPhone pricing scheme. Last I looked, the 8GB and 16GB iPhone 3G cost more than the newer 16GB and 32GB iPhone 3GS under G-Plan or G-Flex subscription plans. To their credit, Globe saw and rectified that error.

Globe’s betterthan3G maybe harmful to my computer
I had a blog post with a link to Globe’s visibility website – www.betterthan3g.com. However, Google prompted me that the site maybe harmful to my computer.
And that it appears to host malware. Ouch!
But as Google explains, the site seemed to have no Malicious software and looks like a third party...
