With the success of “Hard Candy“, the latest album of Madonna which debuted at no. 1 spot in 27 countries worldwide, the music icon unleashes the details of her world tour with the Philippines not on the list yet despite of the rumors (which were spread early this year) that she will do a concert in Manila before the end of the year.
