How to install custom firmware on your PSP
This guide is to help you on how to install custom firmware on your PSP. It spans ALL current models except for the PSP Go.
Before proceeding on how to install custom firmware, you need to find out what kind of PSP do you you have.
Once you determined that, just follow the installation guide for your PSP model:
- If you have a PSP 1000, you can install custom firmware without any hassles.

- If you have a PSP 3000 or a PSP 2000 with TA088v3 motherboard, you can proceed to install 5.03 GEN-A via ChickHEN hack.
