The Barrens was torn apart. Auberdine was thrown up. The massive gates of Gilneas crumbled. Water flowed in the desolate places and turned it into a thick forest. Everywhere you go there were major changes, only a few were not affected this much like the northern continent of Northrend where the Alliance and Horde, while battling each other, are busy trying to bring justice and end the terror of the Lich King Arthas.
This is the new face of Azeroth. It will never be the same again. As a virtual citizen of this planet, there are tasks to do before the world changes forever. World of Warcraft bloggers (and commenters) are posting their “Cataclysm Bucket List”. Exactly what I have been thinking since the official announcement of Cataclysm.
Come and check-out Yarso’s Cataclysm Bucket List.

Southgate Mall opened yesterday – pay day, the new mall located in front of the MRT Magallanes/Mantrade Station in Makati City.
This is the same property that many are very familiar with – the forever under construction Southgate Tower. It isn’t anymore, after it was bought by former trade and industry czar Roberto Ongpin.

The President Cory funeral cortege took the same road when Senator Ninoy was also brought to his resting place – via Makati’s portion of the South Super Highway or as known today “President Osmeña Highway”.
Since it’s in our neighborhood, I went outside and joined the thousands of Filipinos waiting to give their last respects to the 11th President of the Republic of the Philippines – President Corazon “Cory” Cojuangco-Aquino.
I brought home 426 photos, 332 of which I uploaded online. These photos captured the Filipino people during her time of mourning as a Nation. If you weren’t there, then I hope these photos will allow you to go back in that point in time and be there as well, together with us.
The photos will speak for me and express for me what it was like being there. So join me as I show you: A Story to Tell… A President to Remember.

And it’s history, today was the record-breaking Longest Total Solar Eclipse ever experienced by the Human race – 6 minutes and 39 seconds total at its maximum point.
Most only experienced a partial eclipse like us in the Philippines, but regardless, it was still an experience we will treasure and pass on to the next generation (and those who missed it).
Here’s the report of the solar eclipse, coupled with photos (locally) and video coverage (India, China, Japan).
Enjoy!!

For my 63rd Philippine Independence Day post or now known as the Filipino-American Friendship Day – July 4, 1946, I’m releasing my adjusted version of Banyuhay’s Baybayin Typepad hereby called as Baybayin Typepad No.01.
Yes, as the name suggests this is the first. This great tool was developed by Banyuhay (a blog site written completely in Baybayin / ᜊᜌ᜔ᜊᜌᜒᜈ᜔). This is the first typepad for Baybayin I found and it won’t be the last.
Nordenx is also creating his own Baybayin Typepad. I am also writing my own, two jQuery-based Baybayin Typepad, the first jQuery version is already online (if you can find where I am hosting it, congrats) but it is not ready yet.
Simple instructions are inside, no need to download any fonts as long as you are using Firefox 3.5; Safari 4; and the latest Chrome nightly. Enjoy ᜊᜌ᜔ᜊᜌᜒᜈ᜔ and I hope this will encourage you to love and revive this beautiful writing system that we can call our own.
Check it out by clicking here.
