Have you seen presidentiable Noynoy Aquino’s new political ad? It’s cute and almost as catchy as Manny Villar’s “nakaligo ka na ba sa dagat ng basura” thingy. And funny cause who would have known that Noynoy has a “talent” — i mean he did rap there.. lol....
