Qube Envy is cheapest 32″ HD TV?

I’m not very familiar with LCD TV prices these days but when I saw this one by Qube, I thought their 32″ 1080p Full HD LCD TV seems to be the cheapest I’ve seen for some time. I know a number of the branded ones offer their 32-inchers at sub-Php30k price range but the Envy is priced...
