15 WAYS TO BEAT THE FILIPINO TIME

If you are a Filipino or you have been in the Philippines, I’m sure you know what “Filipino Time” means. Its like DST (daylight saving time) but only backwards. Seriously, its about the extra 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours —being late that is very common and acceptable in the country.
