Stories of the Filipino Teambuilding Facilitator

I get inquiries every day from corporations looking for team building facilitators. Today, we have concluded the teammbuilding workshop for the Department of Energy in Caliraya Recreation Center. The workshop was attended by 60 participants, all coming from the Administrative Staff.

There are many stories and lessons I learned from the workshop participants. Today, there are many planned activities which we were not able to do. There was simply not enough time. But at the end of the session, it was great to hear them say that ” it was the best teambuilding seminar” that they have ever attended.

So, yes, from now on, I like to share with you the stories and lessons I learn from facilitating the teambuilding workshops I design and conduct for companies here in the Philippines.
