An update on my weight loss goals

Last November, I made a promise to myself that I would try my very best to lose weight. I was on track alright, until Christmas season came. Parties left and right, with so much food to go around. Sad to say, I'm still at the same weight. But now I've made some changes. Small ones, just for a start....

Day 4

Woke up and measured myself - stats, weight, and height. Currently I'm 35"-31"-36", 123 pounds, 5'1". Checked my BMI here. Of course it's better to consult a doctor or dietician for a more accurate reading but this is what I can come up with at 4 in the morning. ******Read this at Yahoo! Got interested....

Day 2

Now that I've made a resolution about losing weight, the next thing I need to figure out is how to gauge my progress. Do I use the weighing scale, tape measure, take pictures of myself? It’s been six months..

More like seven since my last post. Went home again last month for a vacation. Celebrated my nephew's first birthday, took my niece to Manila Ocean Park (I kinda promised her), coffee and drinks with my sister and her boyfriend, went to Cebu to see my Dai (yihee!), ate loads of sisig, Ilocano comfort...
